- Preheat the gourmet over medium heat 2 to 3 minutes until a few drops of water splashed on the surface bead and dance
- Grease the pan using 1 cal then crack the eggs. Cover the gourmet and turn off the heat
- Check the eggs after 2 minutes if you want it well done. leave it for another 1 minute
If you’re using an electric skillet, set the temperature to 170 degrees 2 to 3 minutes until a few drops of water splashed on the surface bead and dance. Grease the skillet using the 1 cal spray then crack the egg, cover the skillet and switch it off. Leave it for 2 minutes or longer depending on how you want your egg cooked.
